Blinged out ballet flats

Add a little or a lot of dazzle to an adorable pair of ballet flats with glitter. Who needs fancy heels when you can glam up any outfit with these sparkling slip-ons?

What You’ll Need:

• Basic ballet flats, any fabric will do. (We snagged these from Target for only ten bucks!)
• Craft glitter (try Tulip Fashion Glitter)

• Craft fabric glue (we suggest Tulip Glitter Bond)

Here’s what to do:

Create your workspace by laying down paper on a flat service.

Using your craft fabric glue, draw your design onto your shoes. You may want to do this in small sections so that the glue doesn’t dry before you add the glitter. We did a fun twist on leopard print!

Immediately after applying the glue, sprinkle enough of the fashion glitter over the design to cover the adhesive.

Repeat this step to add on more colors.

Let this dry for up to two hours.

After your sparkly design is dry, shake the excess glitter onto a piece of paper. You can even pour the glitter back into the bottle to use next time.
