Key lime pie: A taste of summer all year long
1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 can (14 oz) of Nestle Carnation sweetened condensed milk
½ cup (that’s about 3 medium-sized limes) fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
2 cups whipped topping
8 thin lime slices (optional)
Beat the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice in a small mixing bowl until combined. Stir in the lime peel. Pour into the crust. Spread the whipped topping on top of the filling and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until it has set. Garnish with lime slices and enjoy!
