Apple Salad

What You’ll Need: Serves 2-3

2 medium-sized, firm apples (Granny Smith, Fuji)
1 cup red or green seedless grapes
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

What You’ll Do:

1. Cut the apples in half, then into quarters. Cut out the seeds and chop the apple into half-inch pieces; put into bowl.

2. If the grapes are large, cut each grape in half, otherwise add the grapes to the bowl. Stir in the yogurt and serve. (The salad can be made an hour or so ahead of time but it is best when eaten within a few hours.)

Other Ideas: Add a handful of sliced almonds or chopped walnuts to the salad.
