Finally! Tonsa healthy ‘n’ yummy snacks that’ll keep you satisfied whether you’re lounging by the pool or going for a major hike. These quick, easy and VERY cheap eats are perfect for summertime snacking. YUM!

Chocolate Graham Delights
(50 calories for Cool Whip variety)
Take 2 chocolate graham cracker squares and fill the inside with Cool Whip or your fave mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt. Place in the freezer for an hour or two for a yummy frozen treat that chocolate-lovers won’t be able to resist!

Summer Trail Mix
(About 150 caloriess for a handful)

Mix ¾ cup of your favorite healthy cereal (I like Honey Nut Cheerios or Fiber One) with ¼ cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc.), ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins, ½ cup pretzels, and ¼ cup teeny semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini M&Ms. This sweet/salty combo will keep you full and energized for your fun summer days!

Frozen Fruit Bites
(50 calories for 25 grapes, 40 blueberries, or 25 strawberries)
Freeze fresh summer fruit in a plastic baggy, like strawberries, blueberries, or grapes for a refreshing snack that’ll cool ya off. Pop a couple in your water bottle to make for tasty sipping, too.

Easy “Homemade” Frozen Yogurt
(About 100 cals)

Mix a cup of your favorite yogurt with ½ cup of fresh fruit (like strawberries, bananas, or blueberries). Then, place in a small bowl or cup and pop it in the freezer for a few hours. The protein will help keep ya full for a while.
