These mini bacon cheeseburger tot bites are *perf* for the Super Bowl!

This is the recipe of our dreams! (Yes, we do dream about Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Bites—what's it to ya?!). This snack is perfect for sleepovers and even a great last-minute addition to your fam's Super Bowl Sunday menu.

INGREDIENTS

Crispy tator tots
3/4 lb ground beef
3 slices of cheese of your choice
3 slices of cooked bacon
2 pinches of ground pepper
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of onion powder

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the tator tots on a baking sheet.
Bake the tator tots for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, pepper and onion powder together.
Shape the beef into mini patties (1-inch round, flat).
Place the patties onto a separate baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, turn them over halfway through.
Cut the cheese and bacon into ninths.
Top each tator tot on the first sheet with a burger, a piece of bacon and a slice of cheese.
Place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes (just long enough for the cheese to melt).
