Blue Smoothie

 
What You’ll Need:

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon frozen limeade (or lemonade)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2-3/4 cup cold water

What You’ll Do

Put all the ingredients in the blender, pouring in 1/2 cup water to start. Hold down the blender top with one hand and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little water at a time until it’s the way you like it. Drink immediately before the shake melts.

Other ideas: Try any frozen fruit juice concentrate that you like.
