Old-School Italian Pasta

This old-school Italian pasta recipe packs a hearty punch with healthy ingredients and a tasty wow factor. You don't need to use the stove at all and you can mix 'n' match veggies for your own special touch!

What You'll Need:

1 package of EZ Mac microwaveable pasta or
1 cup of fresh no-cook pasta
1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 leaves of fresh Basil
1 package of Sun Dried tomatoes
1 Teaspoon of Parmesan cheese, flaked or crumbled.


What You'll Do:

1. Microwave the pasta in hot water for about 3-4 mins, till all the water is soaked up and the pasta is cooked through.
2. Mix in the olive oil, little by little- you might not need to use the entire 1/4 cup, so use your instincts!
3. Chop the basil and mix it in with the tomatoes, and cheese.

Our Tip: If you're allowed to use the stove, you can use any type of pasta. Try all different shapes and textures till you find one you like!
