Candy Surprise Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

Looking for a way to impress your guests at your next party? These adorable cupcakes are much easier to make than they look and they’re a blast to decorate.

What You’ll Need:

1 box of cupcake mix

24 flat-bottom ice cream cones
Fave candy of your choice (our suggestions: M&M's, Reese's pieces, or your fave candy bar chopped up)

Frosting
Ice cream toppings (sprinkles, nuts, cherries, candies, gummies, chocolate chips… whatever you like!)

What You’ll Do:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Follow the directions on the box to make the cupcake batter.

3. Make sure the cone bottoms are totally flat and use a knife to carefully even them out if you need to.
4. Line the bottom of the cones with your candy.

5.  Fill the cones 2/3 full of batter. (Be careful putting them in the oven because the cones will be top-heavy and likely to fall over!)
6. Bake for 18-25 minutes.
7. Wait for them to cool before you frost them.

8. Decorate them however you want. The more they look like ice cream cones, the more fun it is! And your friends will be totally surprised at the candy in the bottom.
