What's On Your Tray?

It’s National School Lunch Week, which means kids around the country are taking a second look at the foods piled high on their plates. Whether you reach for pizza daily or are noshing on skimpy salads, take some time to be thoughtful about your midday meal.

Remember: your lunch should be a well-rounded ordeal. Veggies, lean protein and and whole-grains are are critical for making it a meal that’ll keep you full and nourished all day long. For dessert? Dig in to crisp apples or a yummy fruit salad. Here are some of our all-time fave lunch recipes. Yum!
