    Easy li'l fro yo sandwiches

This frozen treat is a healthy version of an ice cream sandwich. All you need for these sammies are 4 graham crackers broken in half and any flavor of yogurt (2 ounces of your choice!). Add a spoonful of yogurt to the middle of two graham crackers and put in the freezer for an hour. Be sure to lay these flat—a small baking sheet works well. These are bound to become one of your favorite guilty pleasures, we promise.

    Fresh Fruit Pops

All you need is a mixture of some fruits (kiwi, raspberries, strawberries—whatever you have on hand) and some orange juice to make an instant summer classic. Cut up the fruit and put into a small plastic cup. Add the orange juice into the cup (both the fruit and orange juice should be filled to the top line), then place a popsicle stick in the center. Set the cups in the freezer for about an hour. Once everything is frozen, you will have a colorful fruit popsicle to snack on poolside.

    Dark Chocolate Banana Bites

If you’re a chocolate fanatic, then this frozen treat is for you! Cut up 3 bananas into quarters, then dip into melted chocolate chips (1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips should do the trick). To melt the chocolate chips, place a full bag into a bowl and microwave for approximately 45 seconds. Set on wax paper and freeze for an hour. These bite-size treats are easy to take with you on the go for busy summer days.

    Raspberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles

These creamy treats couldn’t be simpler. Just blend yogurt (1 cup), raspberries (1 cup) and honey (1-2 tablespoons) in a blender until it is well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze. Take these yummy treats with you to the pool and enjoy in the summer heat!

    Frozen Fruit Bites

If you are feeling ambitious, try these healthy cheesecake bites. Put cupcake liners into a pan and place a vanilla wafer (flat side up) on top of each liner. Mix together yogurt (1/4 cup), cream cheese (1/2 cup), a couple drops of lemon juice (1 teaspoon) and honey (1 teaspoon) until it is smooth and add a spoonful on top of each wafer. Be sure to add some fruit to the top and place in the freezer for an hour. Get the complete recipe via link below. Decadent, without going overboard. Yes!
