When summer comes, so does the temptation for ice cold sweets. While it’s often great to indulge in a fun new ice cream flavor or iced coffee with your BFFs, it can really rack up the calories. But not to worry—you don’t have to give up a delicious cold and refreshing treat!
Try one of these healthy fruit popsicles for the perfect combination of sweet tooth fix and health boost. Plus, they’re super easy to make and share: For each popsicle, all you have to do is combine the ingredients in a blender until liquefied, and pour into popsicle molds. Pop ‘em in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours, and you’re good to go!
What you'll need: 1 cup blueberries • 1 cup pineapple slices • 1 cup water
