Skip the after-school slump with these 4 good-for-you snacks

When we polled you guys the other day, we found that the first thing that over 50 percent of you do when you get home from school is grab a healthy snack. It's *so* awesome that so many of you ladies are reaching for good-for-you foods. But let's face it: The usual pretzels and hummus or PB and apple can get a bit boring. Luckily these four yummy good-for-you bites will allow you to power through your homework and tackle any other after-school task that comes your way. Happy? Yep! Healthy? Mhmm. Ready to study? Absolutely.

Bagel with Ricotta and Strawberries. To make this surprisingly delicious pairing you'll need 1 whole grain bagel, ricotta cheese, honey and sliced strawberries. Then...

Very Berry Smoothie. To make, you've gotta grab frozen raspberries, strawberries and blueberries, 1 banana, kale, milk of your choice and chia seeds. Then...
+ Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth
+ Top with additional chia seeds if you wish

Goat Cheese Tomato Bites. To make this deliciousness, you'll need cherry tomatoes, fresh goat cheese and chives. Then...
+ Cut the tops and bottoms off of your tomatoes
+ Top them with about 1 tablespoon goat cheese
+ Garnish with chives

Dark Chocolate Nut Clusters. To make this OMG-worthy treat you'll need unsalted, roasted nuts of your choice and melted dark chocolate (70 to 80 percent cocoa). Then...
