What should you be doing right now? Skin cancer survivors give you the 411

Spend more time with family. Don't be tempted by friends doing bad things. And, oh yeah, don't shrug off the chance of a sunburn, because one bad burn before you're 18 can dramatically increase your chances of getting fast-spreading malignant melanoma--skin cancer. This sunscreen stuff? Yeah, it's pretty serious.

A group of adults ranging from their 20s through their 40s appeared on camera to give you the advice they wish they'd listened to when they were 16. Watch the PSA below, do yourself a favor and really listen. You never know. It could save your life...

Do you wear sunscreen regularly? Will you start this summer (please, oh please)?
