Stretch for at least five minutes

Shuffle your fave playlist for your alarm
Your iPhone's default alarm might do a good job at making sure you don't sleep in, but it's not the most fun thing to wake up to. Instead, shuffle a Spotify playlist you *know* will give you good morning vibes.
Plan your outfit/breakfast/hairstyle the night before
While this might seem like a no-brainer, planning parts of your morning can help you reduce stress as the day goes on. Whether it's what you're going to wear or what you're going to eat, take some time the night before to ensure your routine runs smoothly.
Add more protein to your breakfast
Plant-based or not, pump up your breakfast with some protein to give you more energy to get through the day. Put peanut butter on your toast, add protein powder to your smoothie, or put pieces of chicken into your omelette for that extra boost.
Plan "waking-up" time
No one wants to wake up and immediately have to rush out of bed to get ready, right? Instead of waking up at the last minute where you can still get out the door on time, schedule to wake up a few minutes earlier, so you can properly adjust to being awake before getting ready.
