TUESDAY Q-DAY: Up Your 'Tude

Q. I want to be healthier, but I just don’t like to exercise! What can I do instead?

A. Hey, girl. Looks like you gotta change up your attitude a li’l. Instead of thinking of working out as, um, work, try to find things that you enjoy doing. Celeb trainer Valerie Waters agrees. “You should find some sort of exercise you love,” she tells us. Soccer not your thing? Check out a karate class. Or hip-hop dance. Valerie gives us another reminder, “You’re supposed to complain about how hard it is. And then you’re proud of yourself.” Find something that you find super-fun (Ultimate Frisbee?) and then don’t be afraid to totally go for it and work super-hard. You should try to be active a little bit every day. Your bod will thank ya.
