Take your workout from boring to fun with these DIY exercise cards!

Let's face it: getting motivated to go to the gym or coming up with a workout at home can be so hard (especially after a long day at school). But don't worry, we've got you covered, girlie! If you've been craving some change in your routine and need a little more direction, you're going to love these DIY exercise cards! It's such a smiple concept and totally easy to make at home (we promise). Check out how to make em' below so you can take those mid crunch yawns to calorie-burning-fun! 

 

What you'll need:

  • Construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Markers

 

Directions:

1. Cut contruction paper in squares that will be used as your cards. The number of cards is totally up to you. 20 cards is a good number to start at.

2. On each card write an exercise on the front and back. Don't be afraid to look up new exercises to add to your deck.
3. After you made your exercise cards it's time to test them out. Invite friends over and take turns pulling a card!
