Follow these yoga YouTubers for instant zen


Yoga is so trendy RN and for all the right reasons—it’s the perfect form of exercise and it’s so relaxing and soothing. And the best part about it is that you can do it at home with little equipment and free videos or tutorials (no expensive studio required!). Whether you're a bakasana beginner or a go-with-the-flow guru, these five yoga YouTube channels are just what you need to roll out the mat at "om", we mean, home. 

1. Yoga with Adriene
This channel is great because it’s all about finding what works for you. Adriene has a lot of videos for beginners and also does different 30 day challenges for you to follow along with.

2. Sarah Beth Yoga
Sarah Beth has a huge variety of vids and they're all *awesome* workouts. She also values daily practice because she believes it is the best way to see results, which is important.

3. Yoga by Candace
In addition to great videos, Candace also has a yoga lifestyle blog. She's all about building progress and feeling good about what you’re doing. Bonus: Candace has an app and a book if you really want to take your yoga skills to the next level. 

4. Tara Stiles Yoga
A model turned yoga instructor, Tara's an experienced and inspirational teacher whose tutorials are simple yet challenging enough for any level of yogi.

5. Boho Beautiful 
Creataed by former professional Olympic level rhythmic gymnasts, this channel values balance and moderation in life and really focuses on connecting your mind during your practice.
