This easy-to-do workout video can be followed in the comfort of your own home and will also allow you to get moving! This quick and effective workout targets all the muscle groups in your body and is guaranteed to get your entire body burning. 

What you will need to follow along with this workout video is a yoga mat and your best workout gear that will get you feelin' good. The best part about Chloe Ting's workouts is that you only need to bring yourself and your energy! With this workout, you'll be working the abs, legs, arms, and back. Chloe works your abs with crunches and planks. Your arms and chest will be pumping when working on push-ups. Your entire body will be engaged with jumping jack squats.
