Sew Nice and Pretty

Keeping up with the boys is cool, but what’s wrong with a teeny tiny bit of domestication. I’m talking about buttons, babes. Does anyone know how to sew one on? Cut a piece of thread twice the length of what you actually need. Thread one end through the eye of a needle( I go for the needles with the biggest eye).Pull the thread through until the one end becomes exactly parallel with the other end and tie them together in a knot, this makes the thread doubly strong. Use an “X” pattern to attach the button, doing a few stitches across then doing a few the other way until its firmly attached.
