Celebs get real about mental health — how to join their conversation

With little social interaction and *so* much free time lately, remembering to prioritize the part of ourselves that keeps us going, our mental health, is crucial to staying healthy and happy during the pandemic.

Luckily, livestream event "Stronger Than You Think" is here to answer all of your quarantine mental health FAQs. One Mind and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) teamed up to bring three virtual days of real, honest stories about teens who struggle with mental illness, as well as how those struggles have evolved with the outbreak of COVID-19.

Yara Shahidi, Grace VanderWaal, Noah Cyrus and Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez are among the stars on the event's lineup, and there will undoubtedly be a number of noteworthy convos and performances to brighten up your week (and your mind).

"Stronger Than You Think" will be livestreamed on May 27-29 from 2 - 7 p.m. each day. Interested? You can catch the inspo on Facebook, Insta, Twitch and Twitter.
