I am addicted to my phone. I try to get to bed early, but I can't put down the cell and actually go to sleep.
Dear Phone Addicted,
Leave the phone in another room—hidden if necessary. Get it in the morning and remind yourself how good it will feel to be well-rested. Think: I'm going to be proud of myself if I set limits and stick to them. After all, if the texting, tweeting, chatting and sharing is robbing you of precious sleep, it's just not worth it. Shut off your phone completely so you can get your zzz's. A good night's sleep can dramtically improve your mood and energy level.
