I like posting stuff, but when I see other people's posts, I get jealous. I know I'm not the only one.

Dear I Love And Hate Social Media,
You sure aren't. If social media is bringing you down, don't keep your phone in your pocket, turn off app notifications and find the strength to log off. Or go bold and delete your account. Many girls get into compare-and-despair mode because they forget that others are posting fun-fun-fun highlight reels, not humdrum ordinary days. Can you check your device less often? Aim to disconnect—and to reconnect with the people in front of you.
