We just couldn't pass by Parneet's sassy shirt. The tulle mini-tutu skirt is way too presh. Black and white diagonal stripes give it a funky pattern without taking it too over-the-top. Parneet keeps the focus upwards by pairing it with plain black leggings. A long gold necklace adds just the right amount of sparkle. Her white wedges are perf for warmer weather, but we'd suggest basic black flats to keep tootsies toasty for now.

This outfit works with a cropped cardi, too (psst! Pick a bright color to add some extra pop!).
