Hey girly, I can only imagine how frustrating that must be. Luckily, I've got a few tips that'll catch Teach's eye in no time.

First off, it’s SO great you’re not afraid to ask questions. Bravo, babe!  Asking questions and admitting you sometimes need a li’l help are major parts of being a brilliant student. Since your teacher isn’t giving you the attention you need in class, try getting to class early or hang around after school to ask your questions face-to-face.  With just you two, she won’t be able to duck out of answering your Q’s. Plus, she’ll be able to devote more time to working with just you on exactly what you need help with.

If the tips your teacher is giving you just aren’t cutting it, it’s time to explore some other options. Try looking into a personal tutor at home or a peer tutor through a program at school. Having a tutor can give you more of that way helpful one-on-one time.

On top of that, you can try setting up a study group. I didn’t figure this out until late in high school, but having study buddies is def a great way to study (and one of my personal faves). Round up a bunch of classmates who’ll be able to answer your Q’s and challenge you with a few of their own. A+, here you come!

Even though you don’t wanna annoy your prof, it is her job to help students, and that includes Y-O-U, learn the material. It’s not right for you to be ignored! If going to her inside and outside of class doesn’t work, it’s a good idea to let your ‘rents know. With their help, you can all set up a meeting (maybe even with a counselor or administrator) to get this all squared away.
