H2O Staying hydrated is probably the most important thing during summer. So, to make sure that water stays cool, try filling up your water bottle half way with water the night before and putting it in the freezer. This way your drink will be half ice, half water the next time you filler up.

Water, Water, Everywhere! Set up sprinklers in your backyard, and have a few of the girls over to chill out on your lawn. It’ll be just like old times.

Shade Before your run off to your day of fun in the sun, make sure you’re prepared! Throw in a baseball cap or visor into your carryall just in case there are no trees where you’re headed! Catchin’ rays might be top notch, but after a few minutes of sunshine, you’ll be hankering for some shade.

Hottywood Take a break from the outdoors and hit up the movies with your crew. Theaters are usually pretty chilly, and staying put for a couple hours is sure to nix the sweat sesh.

Lovely Locks Lets be honest, the heat totally takes our mane down to frizzytown. To stay cute ‘n’ cool, experiment with some ‘dos that get your hair up and outta the way! A mega-high pony, or even braids, will make ya less likely to wanna, er, pull out your hair.

Sweet Treats Grab your ice cube or popsicle trays and fill ‘em up with your fave juices and popsicle sticks. A quick and delish treat to melt away the summer heat.

3, 2, 1, Fire! An oh-so fun and inexpensive way to keep cool in the summer is by hosting a water balloon fight. Round up your girlies, grab some balloons, and have a hilarious time as you all become moving targets!

Beach Bash Don’t have a pool or beach near you? Bring the party to your house! Throw a summer-fun party in your own backyard. Set up kiddy pools, umbrellas and towels.
