Think spring!


Just when I thought the warm weather was here to stay (cute skirts! perf running weather!), I woke up to find we’d been buried in snow. It took exactly one second for me to be super-envious of my BFF, who just so happens to be on a tropical getaway at the moment.
Her emails are filled with reports on everything you’d expect from someone on an island adventure: yoga on the beach, hiking in rainforests, salsa lessons and loads of healthy iced ginger tea. And while I can’t exactly hop a plane to meet her (sigh), we can all bring a bit of that vacay frame of mind home. 
And so I’ve been trying to take cues from her sunny trip. In addition to brewing yummy hibiscus tea, I broke out my fave bible for speedy shape-ups, Bikini Bootcamp, and have been following their way-fun fitness routines. Hello, insta-boost. Tonight? I’m making time for me by going to a yoga class and then whipping up tacos when I get home. A few days of extra-tough exercise and eating right (and a fresh coat of coral polish) will def boost my mood. And isn’t that what vacay is all about?
