Spring break boot camp!


Don’t just sit there on your spring break, do something! We’ve got a 5 day plan to get your booty in gear. Load up your iPod with a new playlist, break out your cutest gear and get out there!

Day 1: Hilly Run
In true boot camp fashion, you’re gonna be hitting the hills today. Buddy up and find a hilly route to jog on. Aim for 30 minutes (if you haven’t worked out in a while, you can walk a bit). Be strong and carry on. Don’t forget to hydrate all day.

Day 2: Core and yoga
It’s time to get centered. Today, take some time to focus on your middle. Walk around your block to warm up. Then, practice a few sun salutations (google around for a YouTube vid). Take a sip of water and try one of our ab-blasting routines.

Day 3: Walk/Piloxing
Get your heart pumping through butt-kicking Piloxing. Blast your fave tunes and really get into it. Afterwards, head outside to keep the feel-good vibes going by going for a walk or a hike. Not into Piloxing? Try out fave new workout DVD for a speedy workout.

Day 4: Sprints or stairs
Up the intensity, babe! Make like an athlete and tackle a tower of stairs or go for some serious sprints on the athletic field. Go, go, go...and then take a bit of a break. Rest, breathe, get water and then get back out there for a round two.

Day 5: Cardio/Butt
You pick the cardio today. Biking, hiking, swimming or dancing are all fab options. Make sure to do something you like, as the week’s been tough. After your cardio blast (aim for 25-30 minutes), do our tried ‘n’ true moves for toning that butt.
