Cali was rocking this past weekend as some of Hollywood’s finest stepped out for KIIS FM’s Wango Tango 2013. The music? Fantastic. The style? Even better. Two singers who brought their fiercest rockstar look to the event were Bridgit Mendler and Demi Lovato, natch.
