Get 'Em Energized With GORP

GORP aka "Good Old Raisins and Peanuts" is a great goodie to make with your kids because it tastes good AND it's healthy. This super-energizing snack is fun and easy to make. It's a smart snack to hold the kids over in-between meals. GORP is easy to pack and take with you if you go somewhere, like a park or movie! Def. check with the 'rents first though to make sure none of the kids have a peanut allergy!
What You'll Need:


1/2 cup roasted or boiled peanuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried fruit
1 cup unsugared dry cereal (not flakes)


What You'll Do:
Just mix it all together and you're good to go. You might wanna put GORP in a plastic zipper bag so you can easily carry it with you!
