Get Toned by Spring Break!
Warm weather is just around the corner and it's time to crank the heat on your workouts. Get a jump on it by upping your fresh foods and getting exercise, even if it's something small. We've mapped out a plan that'll push you through the winter blues. You're gonna feel amazing by spring break.
Week 8: The Final Push
BODY Congrats! It's the last week of the Healthy You spring break program. Working out extra hard this week will show your progress. Try something tough-but-doable: Jog two miles, add five pounds to your weights or thry the "advanced" postures on your yoga DVD.
EATS Snacks help stave off major pig-outs. List your fave healthy eats in three categories: sweet, crunchy and salty. That way, when you're craving sugar, you'll reach for frozen grapes and not candy.
