Va-Va-Volume
What You'll Need:

-a fine-toothed comb
-hair spray

-bobby pins

What You'll Do:

1. Beginning at the middle of the top of your head, use your comb to tease (ie, comb back toward your head) small chunks of hair.
2. Spray each chunk of hair with a bit of hair spray and then flip them forward until you're finished teasing.
3. Flip all the teased sections back, smoothing them over gently with your comb.
4. With your fingers, pull hair from each side of your head back like you normally would when pulling your hair half up.
5. When you have all the hair you'd like to pin up in your hand, gently push upwards until you achieve your desired height.
6. Use bobby pins to secure your lush new locks!

Boho Braids
What You'll Need:

-bobby pins
-2 hair ties

What You'll Do:

1. Beginning at about your temple, grab a one-inch section of your hair.
2. Braid the section of hair until it reaches the middle of the back of your head.
3. For the time being, tie it off with a hair tie.
4. Repeat steps one through three on the opposite side of your head.
5. Bring the two braids together at the back of your head and remove the hair ties.
6. Use bobby pins to secure the braids (crossing them in an “X” helps keep everything in place).

Embellished Tresses
What You'll Need:

-bobby pins or a hair tie
-a funky jeweled or flower pin

What You'll Do:

1. Pull hair from both sides of your hair like you would normally do when pulling your hair half up.
2. As you pull the sections back, gently twist them.
3. Bring the two sections together at the back of your head and use bobby pins or a hair tie to secure the hair.
4. Add your funky flower or jeweled pin to either the side of your head. Or wear it covering the bobby pins or hair tie at the back of your head – whichever you prefer!
