Glue
Water
Paintbrush
Glass bottle or jar
Tissue paper in any colors

1. Make a mixture of glue and water, thin enough to paint on but not too thin.
2. Rip apart pieces of tissue paper in different shapes and sizes.
3. With the brush, paint glue onto the outside of the jar, covering completely. Press pieces of tissue paper into the jar.
4. Paint another coat of the glue mixture onto the top of the tissue paper.
5. Let dry completely. Clear gloss, glitter or spray makes a nice touch.
