Summer Skin Savers

Summer is fab, but sometimes that icky heat and humidity can be a bummer for your skin.
Don't sweat it! GL’s got tips to keep you lookin’ cool on scorching days.
Keep reading to see what you should do for YOUR skin type.
Oily Skin
Tonsa chicas get oily skin, especially in the summer. Ditch the heavy cream cleansers this season and opt for a foaming face wash. Also, avoid oil, wax, and lipid-based products. Top that off with a moisturizer with SPF and you’re a-okay!

Need a midday solution? Keep some astringent or oil-absorbing sheets handy.
Normal Skin
Just ’cause your skin doesn’t give you any probs, doesn’t mean you should ignore it. Opt for cleansing cloths (use two – one to clean your skin and the second to get rid of residue) and use sunscreen every single day.

Dry Skin
Your best bet? A moisture-rich cleanser will get rid of dirt and sweat, without stripping skin. Try washing your face with warm water (not hot) to avoid irritation and further flakiness. Stay away from harsh exfoliators, like salt scrubs, which will just dry out your skin.
