HEALTHY Qs: How do I know when I'm too sore to exercise?

"Good sore is when you feel the muscle being used," celeb trainer Mark Jenkins tell us. "You can keep working." Think of a time when you busted out an amazing ab workout. The next day, you sooo notice your gut more than ya usually would. That's A-OK.
"Too sore feels like it's impairing you. If the muscle feels weaker,  you're not fully recovered." If you feel seriously achy, take a day off (phew!) or just exercise a different muscle group.
