LOVE SOCCER? TRY MOUNTAIN BIKING
You’ll still get the fresh air like ya did on the field.
The difference? You get to challenge yourself by tackling tough trails instead of opposing teams. Dust off your bike, grab some buds (and helmets) and head for the hills.

LOVE SOFTBALL? TRY PILATES
If there’s one thing slow-pitch taught ya, it’s patience (and coordination). Pilates takes dedication (you see results through micro-movements of your bod), but works the entire body. Borrow a DVD from the library and start getting limber.

LOVE SWIMMING? TRY CREW
Your upper bod is buff from endless laps. Get out of the H20—and hop on top of it. Rowing gives you tonsa team bonding (imagine being in a boat with your BFFs) and is an amazing workout. (Hit usrowing.org for info.)

LOVE CHEERLEADING? TRY KICKBOXING
Increase upper-body strength, get a full-on cardio blast and have fun while kicking total butt. You’re used to tough workouts, but use that peppy, spirited personality to rally through killer punches.
