In the cafeteria, reach for something at the same time.  Your hands will brush against each other, something that’s bound to set the sparks flying! Catch his eye and smile or giggle. Apologize and say something like, "I thought I was the only fan of the cafeteria's pudding!"

Don't let the convo stop there. Ask him to sit with you at the lunch table. Try to sit across from him though so he can keep seeing your cute smile outside of the cafeteria line.
