ED BLOG: Over, but so not finished!

It's official: the Baltimore Half-Marathon is over. The Girls' Life girls braved the rain to cheer me on (thanks, ladies!), and I eeked out a personal best (barely). Phew.

Now, I'm sitting around wondering what's next. I always run a turkey trot on Thanksgiving and they're tons of fun. But day-to-day, I'm in need of a new workout. It's kinda like when a sports season ends. You know you're gonna miss soccer (or whatever ya play!), but are super-happy to give something else a try. In high school I played a sport every season (field hockey in the fall, cheerleading for basketball in the winter and track/softball in the spring). Now, I have to create my own exercise schedule, which can be tricky.

I know I wanna do more yoga (oh and, P.S., exciting! GL's gonna be dishin' you girlies a new yoga workout soon!) and switch up the cardio. Maybe I'll start biking for the last few warm weeks of fall.
