Between homework and extracurrics, it can be tough to squeeze in time to breathe, let alone a major workout. That's why we've compiled our best-ever fast, fit and fun tips so you can feel amazing in just a few minutes a day. Week 6: Take a Break from Exercise
EATS Get involved with din (and we don't mean picking Chinese or pizza). Chop veggies, find a great grilled fish recipe, contribute a salad course to the meal. Why? Studies show that girls who eat with their fams are more likely to have healthy eating habits.
EXERCISE Take a min to evaluate. If midterms or holidays have you harried, try some yoga. Not helping? Relax and take a couple of days off from exercise if you need to. Feelin' good? Add intervals this week.
