Start Your Resolution the RIGHT Way!

Our best-ev tip when it comes to making that resolution a reality? Start slow!
Yep, if you’re vowing to eat better, don’t swear off sweets until 2020. It’s best to make small, reasonable changes like, “I’ll only eat dessert after dinner.” Or, I’ll eat breakfast every day, no matter what. Then, stock up on cereal, healthy grab ‘n’ go bars (we like Z-Bars) and fruit for days when you’re running crazy late. If you’re starting a new exercise plan, aim to work out three days a week—and build from there.
 
This year is gonna be amazing!
