Home remedies to get super long lashes

Every girl out there wants the longest and the thickest eyelashes. But how do you get the perfect lash when your natural ones just aren’t making the cut? Obvi mascara is your first wonder tool, but too much can be permanently damaging! With all the curling, swooping and then finally scraping off those last pigments at the end of the day, your lashes are screaming for a break. So here are our favorite home remedies to make your natural lashes looking their best.

Vaseline or Aquaphor mask

Coat lashes in petroleum jelly for a super-conditioning cover.

Step 1: Make sure your lashes are fresh and clean. Au natural, please!

Step 2: Grab an old mascara wand, clean it thoroughly and use it as an applicator

Step 3: Before you go to bed, apply a coat of petroleum jelly to your lashes as you would any mascara.

Step 4: Be sure to gently remove the coating the next morning.

Lemon peel to the rescue

Get healthier and conditioned lashes with this rinse.

Step 1:Take a lemon and cut into several small, triangular pieces.

Step 2: Scoop out the fruity part of the lemon, getting rid of any leftover pieces that stick around.

Step 3: Grab a cup you can live without for a few days and fill with half a cup of olive oil

Step 4: Soak the lemon peels in the olive oil for a few days

Step 5: After soaking for 2-3 days, run the mixture on your lashes before bed and voila!
