    1. Scrub ’em
Before you can make your lips come alive, you have to remove all those dead skin cells. Apply a scrub or exfoliator to your lips then gently scrub away any flakes. Rinse with warm water for smooth, good-as-new lips.

    2. Moisturize
After exfoliating all the dead skin off, your lips are essentially new and vulnerable. Moisture is key when taking care of your lips. Be sure to apply a coat of a nurturing balm overnight so you wake up with smooth, softened lips. Hint: Try applying a super luxe formula before bed to wake up with a crazy soft pout.

    3. Get glossy
After conditioning lips all night, apply a coat of hydrating lipgloss to keep lips looking and feeling fresh and protected. Tip: Keep your lips and body hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
