Laurise M., 17, is the blogger and brains behind Your Broke Best Friend, a blog we heart for its awesome advice on how to stay stylish (while saving money). Q: What Lip Smacker flavor defines you?
A: Cotton Candy, of course—I mean, have you seen my hair? Ha! The flavor totally matches my personality because I’m outgoing and super sweet, but sometimes soft and shy.

Q: How do you rock your Lip Smacker?
A: I usually pair Cotton Candy with a li’l mascara and a taupe-y eye. I’m all about the natural look.

Q: What do you look for in a lip balm?
A: Moisture is a must—especially when it’s chilly out. Chapped lips are the worst. I’m also really into the scent. I love balms that smell sweet. (Bonus points if it tastes good too).

Q: What is your best beauty tip?
A: I know it’s hard to say no to your besties, but don’t share makeup! Using the same products can transfer bacteria and cause breakouts.
