Get spring-spired! 5 cinchy manis to kick off the season

All set for spring stylings? We at GL HQ were, too…until the 50th snowstorm of the season hit. (Really? I mean, in March?! Sigh.) Sure, we might have to stash away our pastel frocks for the next week or so. But we can easily make up for that with bright ‘n’ cheery nail art. Below, we rounded up the cinchiest spring-spired manis that any nail art novices can master.

    Quilted Cuteness

Looks tricky, but trust us, it’s way simple. While the second one is setting, press lines diagonally using a ruler. Too easy not to try.

    Monkeying Around

Confession: We’re big Paul Frank fans. And when we found out about their nail collab with Lotta Luv, we were beyond stoked for our nail art schemes. Mix ‘n’ match these playful designs for all things fab.

    Line Up

A mani that requires going outside the lines? We’re in. Paint half of your nail one color, then the other another color. Let dry. Take a thin paintbrush and dash alternating horizontal lines across the center of your nail. Messy never looked so good.

    By Moonlight

Don’t let the wintry white fool you—metallics are having a serious moment this season. Paint your silvery backdrop, then swoop a half moon on the side of your nail. So chic.

    Pastel Perfection

Yes, you can colorblock with glitter, especially with these dainty hues. After letting your first coat dry, swipe chunky glitter polish, starting at the tip of your nail to mirror a rainfall. If only all spring showers were this sparkly.
