New York Fashion Week trend alert: Cuticle nails are too cute

New York Fashion Week: It's the time when designers, models and fashionistas around the world meet up in the big apple to show off all the major trends that will shape this year's style.

This past week, fashion isn’t the only thing that has been catching the attention of NYFW attendees. There's also been a new nail design that's taking off.

Unistella, Korea’s most famous nail artist, has started a new mani style that has less to do with your fingernails and more with your fingers. Called nail shadows, the trend features metallic tabs that extend past the nail onto your cuticle.

Unistella debuted the look at the Creatures of Comfort fashion show, where she had her model’s nails painted in her popular glass nails style. The minimalistic look shows off the adorable metallic patterns on the girl’s fingers.

What do you think about Unistella’s new trend? Are you dying to try it out? Let us know.
