Ed. Obsession under $5: Arm candy that doubles as hair elastics
I’m a fan of arm candy. On
an average day at the GLHQ, it’s always my crystal tennis bracelet plus a few
thin gold cuffs. On the weekends, I amp it up a bit with a big watch plus some
delicate strands of gemstones and an enamel bangle pushed up to my mid forearm.
And I love to check out how other girls are glitzing up their wrists in the
#armcandy Instagram feed.
But I’m also a fan of
ponytails. And any girl who randomly throws her hair up into a pony mid-day
(or after gym class) knows that 9 times out of 10, that hair elastic came
straight from her wrist. It’s the best (and sometimes only) place to stash the
ultimate strand style saver.
But should you have to
pair the average hair band with your carefully curated stack of bangles? Groan.
Not sure about you, but I’d certainly rather not.
