Upcycling is the process of bringing "new life" to old or unwanted items. With the push towards sustainable fashion in recent years and the need to get creative at home, TikTokers and YouTubers are revamping their own clothes and second-hand items purchased from consignment stores. "Thrift flips" have taken over social media showcasing drab thrifted clothing turned into modern fashion.
