The biggest OMG celeb moments of the week

Another week has passed in Hollywood and we can’t get enough of our fave celebs. So much happened this week and we’re here to tell you everything you need to know. Who made a huge announcement and who got married?! Read on to find out!

A Roaring Friendship Feud?

Ever since Taylor Swift announced the October release of her new pop album 1989, we’ve been eagerly awaiting word on people from her past who might have assisted in some more soon-to-be hits. This week, we got our answer—kinda. Taylor opened up to Rolling Stone about her new tune “Bad Blood” and how it’s about another female artist she declines to name.

"For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not," she told the magazine. "She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'"

"She did something so horrible, I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies,’” Swift continued. “And it wasn't even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."

Since the story broke, people have been speculating who the unnamed artist is. But when Katy Perry cryptically Tweeted "Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing..." (a reference to our favorite movie, Mean Girls) we couldn’t help but wonder if the girl this song about is her.

Do you think “Bad Blood” is about Katy Perry? She did, after all, date John Mayer after Taylor (even though Tay claims this had nothing to do with a guy). And now word on the street is this rift might be because three of Taylor’s backup dancers left to join Katy Perry on tour. Regardless of who this song is about, we have a feeling we’re in store for some amazing tunes!

Fireproof Four

Every fan girl went into panic mode this week when the boys of One Direction not only announced the title of their fourth studio album, which is appropriately titled Four, but released brand new single “Fireproof” as a free 24-hour download. After listening to “Fireproof” five (or 500) times, we know that this is going to be their best album yet! Will you be picking the album up when it drops this November?

A Surprise Wedding

We were all shocked with excitement after Ashley Tisdale took to Instagram this week to show off beautiful photos of her wedding day. Ash secretly married longtime boyfriend Christopher French this past Monday and by the looks of their pictures, it was a perfect day. Ashley’s fellow High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens was a bridesmaid, and we love that their friendship is still going strong. Congrats, Ashley!

From High School to Broadway

Speaking of HSM besties, Ashley isn’t the only Wildcat with big news this week. Vanessa Hudgens is headed to Browadway! She recently announced that she will be the female lead in the new musical Gigi. With tons of rumors about Vanessa making a musical comeback, we hope that this is just the start of it all.

Bonus Jonas Song

The comeback of Nick Jonas as a solo artist is definitely helping heal our broken JoBros hearts. Not only did Nick drop new single “Jealous” this week, we also learned that he has teamed up with Demi Lovato again for another song. MTV announced the news about the duo’s new song “Afterglow,” which they apparently wrote and recorded in only a few hours! The catch? Demi apparently told MTV we might never hear the song. C’mon, she’s gotta be tricking us, right?
