Is Kylie Jenner a social media bully?

Okay, this story sounds like a plot pulled directly out of a soap opera, but according to inTouch Weekly television personality Kylie Jenner is in the midst of having a restraining order filed against her by a Marina Del Rey resident named Chelsea Clark.

According to Chelsea, Kylie and friends have been stalking her and her family for the past three years, which is the reason she's filing for a legal restriction on any contact between them. It allegedly all began when Jaden Smith (Kylie’s ex-boyfriend) started to show a romantic interest in Chelsea. Apparently, Kylie couldn’t stand the idea of Jaden with another girl and told Chelsea, "This is war."

If this is true, Kylie wasn’t playing around. In addition to stalking her, Chelsea is also accusing Kylie of hacking her email, stealing $2,000 worth of electronics, threatening to kill her, harassing her through social media and arranging a car accident that left her with a major back injury. Woah.

But as scary as this story is, there are plenty of reasons to remain skeptical. According to the docs shared by inTouch, Chelsea's request for a temporary restraining order was denied after she failed to appear in court to provide proof of the threatening messages. When TMZ reached out to both Kylie and Jaden, their reps responded that neither of the teen celebs even know who Chelsea is.

We can't say for sure what's true and what's not here, but we know that we'll definitely be keeping an eye on this story.

What do you think about Chelsea Clark's allegations?
