What better way to celebrate your 1,000th Insta post than with a MAJOR life-changing announcement? Our favorite Disney channel duo, Dove Cameron and Ryan McCartan, announced on Instagram last night that they are—drum roll please—engaged! As if they weren’t the cutest couple already, these two just took #relationshipgoals to a whole new level.

His post, which marked his 1,000th pic on the site, featured a super cute couple photo with the duo looking like complete perfection on the red carpet. But it was the swoon-worthy caption that made our hearts skip a beat, with Ryan publicly using the word “fiancé” for the first time ever. “Dedicating my 1,000th post to my fiancée. I can't believe I get to call you that. Thanks for saying yes,” he wrote.

With a wedding in the works and the recent success of their latest single “Someone You Like,” The Girl and The Dreamcatcher pair is living the ultimate love story, and we couldn’t be happier for them.

Congrats to our newly engaged love birds! There’s no denying that their relationship was “Written in the Stars” right from the start.
