Even though Valentine's Day can be *kinda* cheesy at times, we’ve still been counting down the days until the lovey-dovey holiday. To tide us over until Tuesday, we'll be getting our fill of love from Nickelodeon’s Not So Valentine’s Special, tonight at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

What's so special about the not-so-special special? It'll feature some of your *fave* actors such as Breanna Yde from School of Rock, Casey Simpson from Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn, Jace Norman from Henry Danger and Jack Griffo from The Thundermans for a huge mash-up of shows, jokes and fun—complete with musical performances!

Girls' Life talked to the ultimate in Valentine's Day cuteness, Jack Griffo and Casey Simpson, about all things love and Valentine's Day—read on!

Spread the happy
Instead of the typical "guy-meets-girl" scenario you’d expect from a Valentine’s Day special, Jack Griffo gave us the lowdown on the special's unique storyline: “There’s a bad egg of sorts working at Cupid’s headquarters. He’s working on a potion that would deplete all of the love and happiness in the world, so all the happiness in the world is riding on *one* moment, and it's our job to fix it.” Yikes!

Jack and Casey's favorite part of filming the special? Hanging out with different Nickelodeon kids. On set, Jack said that in between takes they would “hang out, play music and just help each other to get through the long days of shooting. We make it fun all the time.”

According to both of the dudes, they’ve got Valentine’s Day down pat. We asked Jack, who's dating former Lab Rats star Paris Berelc, if he has had any V-Day catastrophes and his response was surprising. He admitted, “Every year is something elaborate and different, but it goes pretty well to be honest with you! There were times it could’ve been a disaster, but the Valentine’s Day gods have been looking over me.” We can't wait to find out what adorbs prezzie he planned for Paris!

Swoon-worthy sweets
If you're still unsure of what to get for your own special someone this year, Casey has the ultimate Valentine’s Day date idea. For his valentine, he shared that he would take a girl travelling, bring her flowers and chocolate, take her dancing, tell her he loves her—*and* perform a song for her. Woah, talk about an action-packed day!

Crush, crush, crush
While we’re all waiting for a phone call from the cuties (as if!), the boys let us in on a little secret: their celeb crushes. Jack admitted he thinks Kendall Jenner is a totally beautiful, and that he's also crushin' on Emilia Clarke from Game of Thrones. As for Casey, turns out he totally has a thing for musicians, because right now he’s swooning over Disney doll, Olivia Holt, and Jasmine Cephas Jones of Broadway's "Hamilton."

"You are loved."
So what final words of wisdom about love can these boys share? “You are beautiful, loved and incredibly unique. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, including yourself,” Casey says. And for Jack? “Whatever causes the biggest love, you should definitely be reminiscing and indulging in that.”
